Highly recommend calling Roscoe Brown if you are having any plumbing issues. Recently had a 20 year old hot water heater replaced and Nathan F. did a fantastic job. He provided me with a number of options to pick from and was very thorough from start to finish. Master of his craft we were very impressed by Nathan’s work and will definitely request him when it comes time for service. This was our first time calling Roscoe Brown and after using Lee Company for years let me tell you, this was a much more pleasurable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so impressed with this company! William Grogg came out to check a leak and told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote for what it was going to be and was very helpful and easy to talk to. When he came out and did the repairs he did a wonderful job and cleaned up when he was finished! Very pleased with their service from the communication time frame , to the diagnostic, to the installation of our new unit. Very knowledgeable staff and gave me the peace of mind to what was needed, time frame of installation and the most important- cost. They options I had to payments. Overall the experience of our home we just purchased needs to a brand name AC unit.

My kitchen sink was backing up, we had done all we could do and it was just getting worse. We are fairly new to the area and didnt know who to call but I had seen Roscoe Brown trucks around town so I called them. I'm so glad I did! I thought I would have to wait but they scheduled us for that same afternoon. William was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us several options for the repairs. He got the work done quickly and everything works great. My husband appreciated it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and would request William again, he let me know about their maintenance program which is a great idea. Thank you.

We contacted Roscoe Brown on a Saturday morning after finding we had no heat, and the first cold spell of the season had set in. We were told someone would come out to check on our problem, even though it was a weekend. After two technicians assessed the problem it was determined a new unit was the way to go. We chose a unit that was in stock and the following Monday morning it was installed. They were very prompt and completed the work quickly. We were then ready for the cold wave and it has certainly kept us cozy warm. The technicians were thorough and very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new heat and air system, and would recommend the company to anyone needing a new unit or a checkup. Top notch work!

Updated Service 12/13/2023 Technician Nate is here to save the night! Blew a Fuse and Heat isn’t working. He is on it! He is hilarious! Updated Service for 7/13/23 Dylon and his Team of Plumbing Specialists is who you want for your Plumbing help! He did a Fantastic job repairing my non working Kitchen water lines that leaked underneath the sink along with the Faucet! He was Professional, Courteous, Honest, and just a downright Nice guy! My dog Chip REALLY liked him too!🐶 Call them First! Fantastic Customer Service! Josh P. the technician was first sent out to determine the issue with my unit. He was very friendly, happy, professional, knowledgeable, nice to my dog and my dog liked him, (that’s a good sign that he’s a good person!) He was also clear on my options. Basically, order a part and wait for it knowing that the unit could fail another way since it had reached its age limit or get a new one. He went above and beyond getting The Comfort Advisor on the phone to be at my home bright and early the next day! As promised Dennis aka C.A. arrived on time bright and early. He is such a nice, friendly guy! Again, my dog took to him as well. Dennis discussed the pros and cons of the units. He didn’t pressure me at all to buy the most expensive and allowed me the opportunity to ask whatever questions I had especially since the last time I even talked about this was in 2009. I made my decision to get a new one installed now. I thanked God that it happened when it did and not in the freezing cold or when the price increase happens everywhere next year when units shoot up 15%~20% or more with every company. Roscoe Brown unfortunately has no control over that. Dennis went above and beyond too! He got me on the schedule first thing and let me just say Sean and Edgar the two technicians that did the install were amazing! My Chip did bark some with the pounding and noise but he liked these two;) Seriously, they worked hard and all day! No lunch even! Thankfully, it wasn’t raining just wet. They were nice, funny, personable, dedicated, and just awesome guys! I was and am seriously impressed with their ability to do what they do! They got skills! That is a trade that that will always be needed and I am very thankful for them pursuing it and doing so well! As they finished Terry from Roscoe Brown came by to take a look and was pleased as well. Call Roscoe Brown for all your heating and cooling needs;) From the CSR who called to let me know that my technician was on his was to Josh, Dennis, Sean, Edgar, and Terry,(who loves Country, lol!)
